Join us for the second year of Save the Hats! A backyard BBQ and lawn games at Koenig Alumni Center with your "Golden Buffalo" Marching Band friends is a great way to spend a Saturday!
All profits will go towards our very first "Silver Buffs" marching band scholarship! Our goal is to raise $2,000 which will then be matched by the CU Boulder Alumni Association.
This is a family friendly event and all alumni and friends of the CU "Golden Buffalo" Marching Band are invited!
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for kids. Ticket price includes:
- Lunch from KT's BBQ (vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options will be available)
- Lawn games
- Kid-friendly activities
- A performance by the "Golden Buffalo" Pep Band
We will also have locally brewed Oskar Blues root beer floats served in your very own Silver Buffs pint glass for only $5 each.
If you're feeling especially generous, your tax-deductible hat-sized donation to our scholarship fund ($50) gets you an exclusive Save the Hats decal and your name on our donor list!
